Billing questions
Prices and cancelling
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I cancel?
Online, in two clicks, from your account settings. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund you, no questions asked.
What happens to my CVs if I cancel?
They are kept. Your account moves to the free plan limits, so you can still open and edit your CVs and download them as plain text.
Is there a free trial?
No trial; the free plan is the trial. Use it for as long as you like, then upgrade when you need more.
