Project Manager CV example

Template: ATS classic

Why this works

Project management is about delivery, so show what you delivered, for whom and at what scale.

State scope in every role

Budget, team size, duration and number of stakeholders place your work. A reader should see at once whether it is comparable to the vacancy.

Show results against plan

On time, under budget and on scope are strong claims. Where a project hit a problem, a bullet about how you recovered shows resilience.

List methods and certificates

PRINCE2, Agile and Scrum qualifications are often screened for. Put them in a certifications section with the year, and mention the method in context too.

Be careful with team credit

Say "coordinated" or "led" according to what you did. Interviewers often ask follow-up questions on exactly these words.
