Referral terms

"Give a month, get a month": invite friends to CVSheets with your personal link. These terms are part of our terms of service.

Every account has a personal invite link, shown in Plan & billing in your account. You do not need Premium to invite people. Your link stays valid for as long as you keep your account.

Share it only with people you know, and only in ways they would expect. Do not post it on coupon or deal sites, use it in adverts or send it as spam.

What your friend gets

  • Your friend opens your link and creates a new CVSheets account. They must claim the invite within 30 days of creating that account.
  • They get their first month of Premium monthly free.
  • It applies only to their first monthly purchase, and only if they have never paid for Premium before. It does not apply to the annual plan or the job-hunt pass, and it cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • After the free month, Premium monthly renews at the normal price unless they cancel.
  • The free month can be used once per Paddle customer. If the same payer tries again from another account, the second subscription is cancelled and gives no Premium.

What you get

  • You earn one free month of Premium for each friend who joins, once their first paid payment (after the free month) is 14 days old and has not been refunded or disputed.
  • If you have a monthly or annual subscription that is renewing, your next payment moves back by 30 days. Otherwise you get 30 days of Premium, added after any Premium time you already have.
  • You can earn up to 6 free months in any 12 months, and only once for each friend.
  • We email you when you earn one.

Limits

  • You cannot invite yourself, and a friend can be invited only once.
  • Each link can bring at most 10 new friends in any 30 days.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Fair play

If we have good reason to believe the programme is being misused, for example fake accounts, self-referrals or spam, we may refuse or remove rewards, disable a link or suspend the accounts involved. We tell you why and you can ask us to look again.

We may change or end the programme. Rewards you have already earned stay valid. We will tell you before a change that affects you.
