Why this works
Contact centres hire for attitude and reliability, and they measure performance closely.
Use the metrics you know
Customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, call volumes and quality scores are the language of the role. If your employer shares them, use them. If not, describe what you handle in a typical day.
Show people skills with examples
"Calm" and "friendly" are easy to claim. A bullet about turning an upset customer into a repeat one, or training new starters, proves it.
Mention systems and channels
List the phone, email, chat and ticketing tools you have used. Recruiters often filter for them.
Keep it to one page
Most advisor roles need one clear page. Include your availability for shifts on the application, not here.
